Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged goods during transit (must be documented)
- Wrong product supplied
Claim Process
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos and batch details must be shared via email.
- Goods must remain unused and in original packaging.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Minor natural fiber variations
- Color tone differences
- Change of mind
- Improper storage damage
- Used products
Refund Method
If approved:
- Replacement goods may be issued, OR
- Credit note may be provided, OR
- Refund processed via original payment method (if applicable)
